Ulysses HISCALE LEFS60 ion and electron counts

This data set contains 1-hour spin averaged count rates of the ion and electron from the Ulysses Heliosphere Instrument for Spectra, Composition and Anisotropy at Low Energies (HI-SCALE) Low Energy Foil Spectrometer at 60 degrees to the spacecraft spin axis.
